The infamous image of Putin with his face painted in heavy make up, with red lipstick and fake eyelashes, surfaced after the country's crackdown on sexual liberties and online speech. But there's a catch, no one knows which picture that the government has banned. ![]() And those who do could potentially land up in prison for five years.
